- All services must be paid in full before you receive the final project results.
- We work better together. All clients must respond to all correspondence within 24 hours and be fully engaged in the process to ensure that everything is to your liking.
- All contracts must be signed before you pay for any services.
- A consultation must be booked before all services to ensure that we can work together on your project.
- No refunds on any services rendered. I do believe in taking accountability for my actions, so if I drop the ball you will get a refund, otherwise, there are no refunds.
WHERE DOES THE CONSULTATION FEE GO?
The consultation fee goes towards your service if you choose to move forward with me. If you do not choose to move forward you would still have to pay for the consultation itself.
ARE THERE ANY DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE?
We are not currently offering discounts.
WILL I RECEIVE A COPY OF THE CONTRACT?
Yes, you will.
WHAT IF I NEED TIME TO PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE?
I am a reasonable person, I’ll hold on to the project for you until you’re ready.
WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE THE WORK?
We will be working closely together through the entire process to ensure that does not happen. We will not be moving to the next step without your approval.
